Pre-Shoot Questionnaire

Thank you so much for taking the time to fill this out! It helps us get a jump start on planning your photoshoot and consultation. Please take your time and provide as much information as you feel comfortable sharing. We'll go over a lot of this during our consultation too, so if you forget anything or aren't sure right now, don't worry! A lot of these are intended to get you thinking about what's important to you so you don't feel put on the spot when we meet. Often it's easier to talk these things out too - I'm super collaborative and want to hear your ideas, big or small, and see what we can do to make them come to life!
