AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read this document in its entirety before signing. If you have any questions, please contact Blacksheep Portraits directly. This agreement is between Blacksheep Portraits and the client (“I” or “my”) for sharing images captured during photography services or tattoo appointment (“session”).
CLIENT UNDERSTANDING
I understand that if I agree to a full or partial release of my images, I am authorizing Blacksheep Portraits to use and publish images taken during my session. I understand they may be published in a variety of ways, including but not limited to Blacksheep Portraits’ website, social media, and marketing materials. I understand that by consenting to my images being used as artistic references, my likeness and anything included in images captured during my session may appear in drawings, paintings, and tattoo designs.
I understand it is NOT required that I share my images online and my privacy and preference for sharing of any images can be changed at any time. I am able to revoke the use of my images that appear on Blacksheep Portraits’ website, social media, and marketing materials, however, I understand that Blacksheep Portraits is not responsible for removing any images that may have been used or shared by a third party. I understand that should I change my mind about the degree to which my images are shared, I will communicate this in writing to Blacksheep Portraits and will provide Blacksheep Portraits with an updated Model Release form with my new permissions.
